What you need is the ability to attack in a way that isn't considered confrontation for one

It would probably be easier to say what isn't. If you aren't attacking him directly, or more specifically not aiming at him, I would not consider it confrontational. One of the matches against Mogura was Black Panther because he notably has weapons meant for subduing people painlessly and didn't act out of malice. Also, passives in general wouldn't be confrontational, but something like Spiritual Pressure probably would be

Intention matters almost more than the attack himself. For example, I'm pretty sure Vlad's bites would bypass it because they are considered "signs of friendship" and not attacks.
