I agree with most of these except, for time stop via freeze frame as it is more of a transmutation then a time stop.
 
Agree with most of this, although as Marionaruto just said freeze frame doesn't look to be time stop, trapping someone in an empty picture seems more like some kind of sealing or transmutation technique. Also both Bowser and Peach should have Statistics Reduction since Terrorize and Fright Bombs also cuts the targets attack and defence in half (Now that I think about it this also applies to Mario, Mallow, and Geno since they can also use Fright Bombs).
 
I feel like Bowser should resist internal attacks, given that he endured fights between the Mario Bros and comparable beings happening literally inside his body, along with Fawful grabbing Peach from Bowsers gut.

For Statstics Amplification, Peach and Bowser's weapons don't grant Statistics Amplification. They are simply weapons with some being stronger than others as you progress through the game. Typical RPG stuff. And Freeze Frame isn't Time Manipulation. Everything else seems fine, however.
 
I think Freeze Frame should be sealing, since you're litteraly trap in a photo.
 
The parts that were accepted by Dino should be fine to apply.
