Tamamo-no-Mae V.S. Ninetales

Three-tailed Tamamo is used.

Speed equalized.

Battle takes place in a dense uninhabited forest during a dry season.

100 metres apart.

Both have prior knowledge and 1 minute of prep.

Win by incapacitation or death.

Tamamo:

Ninetales:

It's not Hypnosis. According to Ninetales' pokedex entry, "Ninetales casts a sinister light from its bright red eyes to gain total control over its foe's mind.".

Because ninetales leads with mind hax in character

And no its just general mind hax, mind control to be precise

Damn, that's pretty boring if it just ends in the first move.

I'll edit the battle conditions.

Edit: Edited.

Prior knowledge will tell her to use spells to buff her resistance to mindhax, so at least it doesn't end in one move. Can anyone tell me how strong Ninetales's mindhax is?
