In Doomsday Clock #9 Doctor Manhattan seems to have some new powers and he defeated the entire JLA and Teen Titans on his own

Resistance to Magic, Hellfire.

Mind Manipulation, Possibly Reality Warping and Attack Reflection

Wouldn't it be resistance to matter manipulation rather than reality warping (assuming you're talking about firestorm and cap atom)?

I didn't said he has Resistance to Reality Warping. Rather it appears he has immense control over Reality itself

Oh ok. I figured that was already part of his powerset from both taking 10 years away from the timeline and keeping the flashpoint universe around.
