Kamome vs The Protagonist

Just going to get this out of the way.

Even though the Protagonist resists Precog, Kamome can probably still see his attacks before they happen since divination has a chance of giving the opponent info as well.

Yeah. Also Tsurubami's precog does not work like usual precog. He doesn't directly see into the future, but his analysis and combat skill let him tell what people will do. Like the equivalent of knowing someone well enough to finish their sentences, but he can do it for everyone

Alright, so the double precog makes this hard. I think Tsurubami may have the slight edge tho, and I'll explain why

First, I should establish that Tsurubami can probably get past the field by stopping its activation before it happens, or disrupting it in general. He can also bypass it with his style. As for precog, While The Protag has the ability to see all possible futures, and all the ways that Tsurubami will disrupt his attacks, Tsurubami will be able to read with certainty what The Protag will use against him. I am assuming it is in character for him to avoid all the possible futures where he loses (judging from his profile), but Tsurubami's style is basically meant to deal with situations like this. He can force him to act out of character and just go straight for melee or enraged attacking. This should give him the chance to bypass his field and strike with the force of a rotating planet, and finish the fight quickly.

Now, don't get me wrong. It is very possible that The Protag can get a solid attack off in a way that gets around The Kamome system's precog and octopus. If both of them are playing a game of "But I do, but he does, then I do instead, but then he does, etc," and seem to be around the same level of intelligence, then it is very possible that Protag manages to out play him in many given senerios, but I think that the nature of their precog gives Bami the edge.

While Bami can reliably get around almost any of the defensive Skills and counter any of the offensive skills of those at the Sandbox Academy in Medaka Box (Which is like, every individual skill in the series except for 5 or 6), his system only works if all of his skills work together. One of the more reliable ways that I could see him dealing with Tsuruabami is not proactivity, but instead meeting his words that are meant to snatch the composure with words meant to influence Bami with his charisma. Like if Tsurubami says "Why not nuke the planet right now? Humanity sucks." and he says "But why would I? To Love-Ru Darkness gets destroyed too" and then Tsurubami is thrown off base as well, and they both act out of character. This is actually a very good match, to the point that all the possible out comes and the way their powers interact is very complex. But I feel like it shifts more closely in Favour of Bami.

For these reasons, I vote for him

There is a certain level of precog that the Protagonist has that can see good futures too, but he has the most feats with bad ones.

Can you elaborate on why Tsubami has a edge though? From the way you described it it sounded more inconclusive.

Its due to the nature of their precog. Protag can see numerous possible futures and many ways that Tsurubami can respond to his attacks, but the issue is that he must account for all these possibilities and decide what he will do, while Tsurubami just tells what Protag is going to do, and responds to that. There desicion making process are basically as follows:

Protag: I know all possible futures, and can therefore decide on a way to counter the various possibility, and using that I have decided my action.

Bami: Since he knows all possible futures, he will decide on this action.

Protag knows everything that ca happen, but Bami knows what will happen, or more specifically what Protag will do based on all the info that Divination grants him. He is one slight step ahead

Hmm.....

I guess that does indeed make sense. I will point out that that kind of leaves a bit of leeway where they can predict what won't work since they've already seen all the ways in which they lose, so it still sounds closer to inconclusive to me. I'll count your vote though.

For sure. It is possible that Protag may find a way around octopus and the precog, but I think that it is just generally more likely that Bami comes out on top more times than not. His style's ability to force Protag into directly attacking also give him the advantage to outright limit the possible choices that Protag will make in response to him, as opposed to just countering them in response. Tsurubami often speaks while he is doing other stuff, so it isn't something that is going to be easy to deal with.

Pretty sure Kamome shouldn't have a High 6-A key, I talked to DT about the calc but I don't think a CRT was ever made to remove it.

The calculation linked is for slowing the Earth's rotation by 5 minutes and turning that energy into an attack, we haven't really seen how much of the Earth's rotation Kamome can affect and how much he can put into attacks.
