Two questions. One, what does Shadow start with in character?

Also what stops a Chaos Control that leads to an absolute beat down? Is that in character for him?
 
Shadow. DP doesn't possess a resistance to things like Time Manipulation, Space Manipulation, etc. So that'd likely give him the win.

Unless DP uses his strongest powers off the bat, I can't see a win here.
 
Well, since it's Shadow, the AP wouldn't matter as much.

Shadow spams teleportation, time stops, and beats Dark Pit up with spatial manipulation. He could also go to Color Powers like Violet Void or Indigo Asteroid and BFR. So I'm giving it to Shadow.
