8-C Haxless Bracket Round 3: Ecco the Dolphin vs Sash Lilac

According to its profile, into a seagal. And I feel like its stats are kinda off, but not that much. ANyway, can Ecco be as effective in air as it is on water? Otherwise, it has a notable disadvantage.
 
You must've missed the Respect Thread for Ecco at the bottom of the page. He can also transform into a Foe, a flying creature who can shoot projectiles that can destroy a spacecraft with continuous fire.
 
What can either of them really do to each other? I mean Echo seems pretty skilled for being a dolphin but I dunno man. This match is weird. Leaning towards echo based off what I've heard so far though
 
Welp, if Ecco can transform in a spaceship thingy with high range I guess I'll vite for him for now, but just cuz I do not known the other character.
 
I'm honestly not sure either.

What happens in brackets if you think it's incon? Cause I'm really starting to lean towards that atm.
 
If incon, the match gets tweaked (Speed Unequal, bloodlust, etc.)

If one ends up stomping the other, the match isn't added but they go on.

If it's still incon, the one they would've fought gets a free pass.
 
I don't like the idea of tweaking a match to force a result though. IF the result is incon from a fair match, then I think that's simply how it should be.

What happens in actual tournaments in the event of a draw?
 
It heavily varies depending what tournaments. Most of the time, it either gets redone, or the one that would've fought them gets a free win, unless it's the finale, in which case it gets redone.
 
Ah. I see. I'm not sure what to do then here, as I think it's incon simply based on my relative lack of knowledge on either.
 
Okay, Ecco FRA. Though, I really think Lilac needs a win at some point soon.

Alright. Rounds 3 and 4 took a while so maybe having both wouldn't speed it up too much.
