Okuyasu has Intel (to compensate for him being a dumb ****) and is bloodlusted. Speed is equalised. They start 6 meters from eachother, but may be subject to change

Just so we can get this out of the way, let me establish some win conditions so we know it isn't a stomp:

Weiss can win if she lands any real hit on Okuyasu that isn't blocked by his stand, or by Okuyasu accidentally incapacitating himself by knocking himself out

Okuyasu can win by erasing Weiss's head

Now we can have a nice clean match

I guess that's one way to balance EE.

If he explains to her how his ability works, Weiss could win by making a bunch of ice spikes for him to suck into himself, I guess.
 
Weiss is a far more competent fighter than Okuyasu and should be able to take this low-diff even with The Hand involved.

Even Bloodlusted, Okuyasu doesn't get a boost in intelligence or anything, and Weiss still outranges him.

He is bloodlusted so he won't, but yes that is possible

I mean he isn't bad at fighting persay, he is just dumb. His ability is so simply that he almost doesn't need skill

Range isn't an issue, and neither is Intelligence. Know why? Because it takes one swipe to put her in range and a second swipe to erase her head. It basically comes down to if she can find a way to put him down before she gets Johnny'd to death
 
I'm not sure the vote is valid but I guess I'll count it for now. It takes 2 hand movements to win, skill range and intelligence dont matter for him in this case

Weiss outranges Okuyasu. It would take multiple handswipes to erase her at this distance, while Weiss could yeet in any direction and start blasting him with attacks.
 
Uhh she flies back and range spams more I guess.

Or she dominates him to a laughable degree in CQC and he gets one shotted

This is actually less fair for him
 
But she wouldn't know to do that, and it takes a swipe to pull her back

I mean if it just comes down to CQC then its probably inconclusive cuz she just has to poke him and he just has to tap her out of existence.

That's her go to aside from getting stabbed, she doesn't need to know.

So he taps while she pokes, but is much smarter in CQC? That's not incon

I mean in all likely hood he is just gonna end up erasing her sword. Also he has higher CQC range because his is with his stand, and can block attacks from it
 
Because that would have to involve Weiss, a well experienced user in a sword that is specifically designed to poke people at a long distance, to be a complete moron with a blade and for Oku to be some ingenious Knight Leader

TLDR that's unrealistic as hell.

Anyway, this is concluded and Weiss vs Dio was still not added
