It is. FTL+ even. One of the fastest stands there along with Star Platinum, The World, and Red Hot Chili Peppers.

Sorry for the bump.

Weiss wins the first one easily, that totally nerfed Jean's attack potency, he won't be able to do much damage with that low level of speed. Weiss has more ways to beat him

In the second scenario Jean murders her, Silver Chariot's insane speed is just too much for Weiss to handle... Weiss won't be able to land a single blow or even know what happened.

In the theird scenario, Silver Chariot Requiem solos them... there is no way they can beat that level of hax.

now the real question is can Polnareff's stand swordsmanship(experience:had stand since 4 yrs old)

is able to fight Weiss's combination of swordsmanship,dust, and semblance

Silver Chariot turns Weiss into a pin cushion 3 seconds into the fight. The speed gap is far to high for Weiss to have any sort of advantage whatsoever.

SC can also shrink its size and tear up the internal organs of Weiss. However this is more of a OOC outcome tbh.

1) his reaction speed is still better than weiss's.....he dodges a few attacks while sending silver chariot into her body and dicing up her insides(there is no way to stop this since she can't affect a stand)

2) same as scenario one but faster

3) polnareff soul haxes the whole verse
