Okay so while I did try this before. I have found scans that shows that darkdeath at full power is low 2-C from scaling to the unlosing ranger the player character of zettai hero project. To establish the feats that the unlosing ranger has in Z.H.P, there are side quests that have the unlosing ranger fights 16 characters from dengeki bunko with the final fight showing it was asagi minicing the characters all along , as well one of the other events has the unlosing ranger beating evil lord valvolga. A character from Makai Kingdom who's an overlord class demon.
Chronologically the lastest these events can take place in, is the 2 hours of training time the unlosing ranger gets, before the final battle with darkdeath. Do to Pirohiko being dead in these scenes, and he is only brought back to life right before the final stage of the final boss where the player has to save darkdeath before the suit self destructs. This should scale Darkdeath Evilman to low 2-C do the unlosing ranger getting a form that surpassed, the form that did the feats with asagi , and valvolga. But he still needed help in order to beat darkdeath Evilman when he was at full power. Meaning on his own the player was still weaker then dark death. As well Darkdeath states that that his final fom is his true form.
Now there are some powers missing from darkdeath's powers. those being Self-Destruction, Forcefield Creation , resistance to mind, fire,ice, wind, and death manipulation. He also has a resistance to Statistics Reduction do to the "boss elements" from his like a boss evility making in verse de-buffs spells only work at 50% of it's intended out come.
As well darkdeath is missing an intelligence rating all together. When it should be at least Genius do to Darkdeath making an advanced mech suit like darkdeath evilman at the age of 7.
