Clockwork from Danny Phantom stated time revolves around him differently. With him stating it "For me, time moves forward and back". His body displays this by going from Baby > Adult > Old > Adult > Old > Baby and so and so forth randomly switching between the three.

Would this by a type of power since he's not set in a specific time, time moving differently for him?.
 
I'll do that. Want to be 100% sure on what this is.
 
Isn't the Clockwork someone that exist outside of time? By default it should have Acausality that involve time.

I've heard this before but it's never stated to my knowledge of Clockwork's two appearance. He's never stated to exists outside of time.

He's unaffected by his own Time Manipulation but so is majority of everyone else that has time manipulation in fiction.

His realm isn't outside of time either as you can fly there and move inside it no problem. Plus he can freeze time in his own dimension.
 
Welp, its not a requeriment for those that exist outside of time to be localized in a place outside of time. Also, take into account that one can move in a place without time without debunking that last, simply the time wouldn't past outside of it.

But ok, if he do not hneed that to have acausality, but shifting between young and old its a weird for of acausality.
