...Directly speaking there's no way Beato (or mostly anyone for that matter) can compete with that head-on. *If* he needs to activate it otherwise it doesn't function he has a problem though, because EOS Beato's mind/memory stuff is passive.

He doesn't have tier 0 hax it's unquantifiably high in 1-A. And he can activate Madness at will when he is angry and he is basically always angry.

This feels like a stomp either way.
He either gets passively mindhaxxed losing as soon as the match starts or he resists and instantly activates his madness, going 1-A and stomping.

Long story short: The most wrong of reasonings possible is when people start to act like the only way for a character of any tier to prove their hax is by fighting other characters of said tier trading literal blows like it's dragon ball even when their power clearly interacts with and affects constructs of said complexity.

@RK That's both a false equivalency and an appeal to tradition in one.
One thing is a person getting absorbing "the energy from a star" to get some device to work, to power a city or a country to blow.
Another thing entirely is a person making use of an entire construct (not an aspect or part of it) as an extension of their own power and clearly producing effects of that scale or using said power to interact with similarly complex structures.
If at this point even this sort of reasoning isn't enough, soon the day will come when this wiki won't accept anyone's power as true unless they follow the formula I mentioned above of two characters of X tier punching each other with hax like it's Dragon Ball.
It's an extreme level of cherry and nitpicking that at this point is doing nothing but trying to invalidate legitimate powers.

If manipulating higher dimensions means it scales to AP, then Yakou Madara should have 1-B AP for manipulating up to 24 dimensions...
Which isn't the case. Neither are Esperantos or Planetes who can manipulate higher dimensional energy and manifest it in the form of different abilities
