Just a reminder, Garde just has to say "Die" in order to win. His ability ignores durability.
 
With speed equalized Garde just has to say "die" before All Might even raises his hand.

Their tier difference is too wide, so Garde's hax and All Might's AP kinda makes this fight fair.......I think.
 
^ Did you mean how? Basically Garde says something and his target obeys. If Garde says "decompose" then his target will decompose on the spot.
