Alright, so we're all aware Kumagawa has never premenatly erased someone in-character right? His opening move will be time erasure/screw spam and if that's doesn't work Bookmaker.
 
Yeah Kumagawa takes this.

He has 3 different ways to end the fight instantly and all are thought based

Tbh, he use All Fiction to Erase think but no directly the opponent for don't kill it but if he want to kill someone, pretty sure he is able to instantanously All Fiction in characters, he is not medaka lol

But yeah he have many choice to literally win without any effort:

  • Erase his own time to Infinite blitz the opponent
  • All Fiction GG
and in characters he can do both
 
From what I've heard, Misogi never AF erases to start off with.
 
Kumagawa prefers to use All Fiction to **** with people. If he does start off with it, it will be to erase some power or natural ability of his opponent.

Also, I've been reminded that Kumagawa has no reason not to Bookmaker random opponents, so Kumagawa wins via Bookmaker/Screw Spam.
