Why was Tsunayoshi Sawada downgraded

I noticed the downgrade on Tsuna's DC being from Mountain level to City level and his speed from FTL to Massively Hypersonic. Pseudo black holes=/= black holes

Bermuda can claim that he is FTL but that isn't enough when the other best feat is massively hypersonic

His D/C was downgraded because the D/C calc that it was based on was:

1) explictly a joke calc

2) not linked so that we wouldn't know that it was explictly a joke calc.

The Simon Island feat isn't Island Level according to the person who calc'ed it. It wasn't even city.
