She won't though, if she doesn't have a reason to. The way I see it, unless Risky has a way to get past Monica's regen, Monica spams rockets and kills her 12 times.
 
Oh. Well then Monica Showstoppers and exhausts herself. Killing Risky a grand total of 2 times.

Since Monica's whole gig is creating weapons

Can't she make 12 different types of bombs to blow her up.

(Haven't read the story she's from so idk)

If I understand Risky from her profile, she'll just be resistant to exploding in general after the first death.
 
Risky has my vote.

Also you should make a Risky thread with The Hunter from Bloodborne.

Monica uses a metric ton of different attacks and eventually kills Eres.

Keep in mind she can form just about every single form of firearm, explosive, and weapon conceivable, plus additonal stuff like lasers, and has the AP available to spam Eres to death.
 
For reference:

Pretty sure she can barf up 12 different types of weapons with millions of "other things that the human animal had not yet been able to imagine".

Suffocation probably won't work. She was 100% fine at over 35000 feet up, which is way past the point where there's no oxygen.
 
You can breathe at 35k feat up actually, it's just very difficult

Just to list two. This is the Foundationverse after all.
 
Also you need to be more specific with "Can only be killed in 12 different ways", because that can just amount to different types/forms of weaponry at best.

How does she do this? Does she have to physically be close to her or she can simply swallow her from a distance?

I doubt she'd be able to do that considering Monica's mobility and the fact she can just explode, then reconstitute a couple of meters away in response to that.
 
She has to be close to her. But it's not like Risky's going to stand there and take all this shit. She's not suicidal or an idiot.
 
Nor is Monica. She's fought people who are deadly and can EE at a close distance before in the form of the Voidslinger. Multiple times over.
