It's time to nerf the characters that are scaling to Itachi and Sasuke's storm calc. They'll go down to Town level, while CM2 Sasuke and the Sannin will be Large Town level through the multiplier. Scales to KN4. The others that are affected will be determined here.

Right now, 7-C will be in excess of 40 kilotons. I don't know who can recalc it. Things were going nowhere, so I decided to make this so we can move along.

Which in turns to Jiraiya (both base/SM) who is already comparable to Orochimaru and Tsunade and Itachi who said that if they were to fight then one would die and Sasuke in CM2 is comparable to Itachi as well which also further proves for Orochimaru since Sasuke even admitted he was able to kill Orochimaru cause he was sick

P.S: we also have proof that Base Naruto is 7-A which improves that everyone can still be 7-A so I don't understand why there is a. Downgrade when we have another calc that can still have then 7-A
 
Both were accepted so we find the one that's better. One of the calc has Pein Durability = 555GT which isn't really that bad
 
What calc??? The 6C calc comes from KN6 Naruto which is calced by Kep and the tBB is clearly vaporization which even the Boruto series proved

The High 6C calc is from Kep as well
 
The High 6-C calc relies on the tempachii being High 6-A, which it won't be if vaporization isn't used. So that would downgrade KCM Naruto tanking it.
 
If I remember correctly High 6A tempecchi was disagreed upon before. Also we still have to apply the 6C calcs as well
 
No one can scale to KCM taking that, as he lost his cloak. At least they shouldn't scale to the full value.

Anyway, let's leave that for another time.

Okay so we need to make a list of all the people who will still be 7A?? But to a lower value

Whatcha mean? countless times we have seen ya stay calm in a hectic revision through the year (and a little before that) I'm not saying that u would be there to make changes but we know for a fact that you can keep the peace. Heck even before Kep-sama came back, I tried to persuade Ant-san to have u, Shrek, and Alex take charge for the revision since we know u guys r the ones that could handle it puts hand on shoulder we trust u that you could be support even without your yellow color, I mean who's gonna be there for Shrek and Alex? We need you
 
base naruto scale from pain so they should stay 7-A

  1. pain actually wanted to take down naruto when he saw narutos sm run out but naruto was still able to keep up with him
