Bejita-sama faces a Pokemon

Three questions:

1. What is the AP of the Pokemon?

2. What is the Pokemon's general first move?

3. Define what this means: "Negation (Teravolt and Turboblaze 'negates' all abilities that would prevent it from doing damage)" because it sounds like an NLF.
 
1. Kyurem here is 420 Zettatons scaling from Mega Rayquaza.

2. Glaciate. Aka, flash freeze everything.

3. It's hard to explain, but it essentially bypasses ability based resistances/immunities and decoys.
 
So the correct scale would be like that?

Black Kyurem >>> Reshiram and Zekrom > Base Kyurem > Genesect = Mega Mewtwo Y = Mega Mewtwo X = Zygarde 100% >> Xerneas
 
Xerneas<<50% Zygarde (Xerneas & Yveltal absorbed)>=Mega Mewtwo X/Y=Genesect<Base Kyurem<Reshiram/Zekrom<<<Black/White Kyurem<<<hypothetical complete Kyurem
 
Black Kyurem would be best given that DB scaling chain...

Alright, vote time.

Vegeta gets frozen. Like, that's actually all there is to it. Glaciate & Freeze Shock spam leave Vegeta as an ice cube. Along with Noble Roar to lower Vegeta's offensive prowess, moves that can cause paralysis, Scary Face & Icy Wind to lower speed, Endeavor just in case Vegeta gets Kyurem low enough on health, a boost in power via Overdrives, and the dice roll that is Ancient Power, Vegeta's not gonna have a chance to Zenkai again...
 
Vegeta getting frozen at the start of the fight is kinda funny since he gets Absolute Zero resistance later in Super.
