A ni-omnipotent being has given us all powers of various people through fiction. He has given us all powers and many other people's power throughout the Earth so he can watch as the world is thrown into Chaos. His goal is to make the world stronger through strife and conflict. If it doesn't survive, he doesn't care. You can band together to take out the new threats as they arrive to conquer entire regions of the world, try to murder as many people as possible, etcetera, or you can be one of these threats yourself.

I'm doing this on a case by case basis. But by and large, no one more powerful than Tier 6.

at least 100 million kg of rather versitile arms that can generate gravity at higher weights/densities, effective immunity to magic and s y n e r g i e s

also, i don't know how his reactive evo works, so i'll look for that

he can make arms of solidified cyanide or neutronium (granted, a full arm of that would probably break his mass limit), so yes, very

It can remove obstacles that would be considered unlucky, as well as change where damage is. Basically it's good damage relflection and healing along with some zero sum probability manip. Might be a bit too broken, but he's only tier 8

Kay guys. Um, how can he fight? I mean, I don't want him to join and then have to deal with him manipulating space time to a huge degree.

D4C is already pretty good due to basically being "lolalternateself" and EE, so stacking misfortune redirection seems like a bit much

i mean, stuff like telekill or anti-meme arms is something he doesn't know about and would never use, plus he's probably way slower than anyone else is gonna be
