Lady takes this handily, as there's a fuckton of hax that she has that Mxy doesn't resist. She also has a pretty hefty AP advantage so yeah.
 
New Lady of Pain Upgrades:

At least High 2-A, possibly High 1-C.

Upgraded to High Godly Regen.
