Strange also has resistance to reality warping, death manipulation, mind hax, and spatial manipulation. So yeah, he has quite a few resistances to Bill's stuff. I'll go with the Doctor via absorption.
 
Stephen for the reasons above, I guess; the guy has a bunch of useful resistances and his Regen is just as good as Bill's, and some of his offensive abilities could work, like BFR, Sealing, Power Nullification, Power Absorption, Summoning, etc.
 
welp if this goes on for much longer i will just give ant a heartattack with another revision thread about how restricted bill is above baseline 2-A OwO
 
also doesn't bill have a decent ap advantage i mean considering how big the nightmare realm is i am sure it has much more than a few hundred universes within it which is above sHuman gorath who has a considerable ap advantage to strange
 
yeah only a couple was shown but seeing the sheer size of hiow big the nightmare realm is and how long it would take to travel to all of them and mabel went through a couplein what appears as a few seconds it is a safe assumption to say there are well enough to pass the hundreds and he could incapacitate with his hax also how come bill's beserk mode and rage power are never mentioned i mean aren't they a fairly big part of the characters personality

just make them bloodlusted then that would be a real show
 
You gotta show proof that there are hundreds, we can't just assume that; also, Strange resists most of the haxes Bill could use to incapacitate, and could incapacitate Bill with his own.
 
bfr and yes it is an assumption but an assumption which is not very hard to believe but it is ok if you disagree with it and mind showing me some of stranges abilities to incapacitate just curious

gg accept bill also has most of those but ok still could bill's durability negation, absorption, bfr, or power null work in this if not than i will likely vote strange
 
yeah i am asking if bill's abilities i mentioned could work on strange like power and durability nullification and then bfr would be more effective on him

i know it seemed i was saying they cancel out on each other so sorry for the confusion ;)
 
Strange has Dimensional Travel, so he should be able to come back from BFR (althrough I just realized that I did for some reason miss Dimensional Travel on Bill's page when I wrote that comment, so Strange's BFR shouldn't work as well), and Bill's durability negation wouldn't negate Strange's regen, althrough Power Nullification could work is Bill uses it before Strange uses any of his hax.
 
If only Bill stil had his broken Precog.

Well, I don't think Bill really starts with Power Null, but I think maybe his Madness Manipulation could also work (not sure), and Bill does start with that sometimes. Not that sure about Strange tho, altrhough he does have more abilities that could work, and his resistance could help in case Bill starts with the wrong ability.
