Wally's nightmare: Gardevoir vs Gallade

The only main advantage of Gardevoir here is that she has much better precog. However, since Gallade has Future Sight, he doesn't lack it.
 
Plus when it comes down to damaging moves, one physical and the other is special. Add to that, Gardevior's lower physical defence against Gallade's huge physical attack.
 
This is certainly interesting.

Both have similar abilities and can teleport to either close distance or escape, but only Gardevoir here has the advantage of precognition and superior ranged options, as Gallade must close the distance to use more physical moves like Night Slash.

This definitely gives Gardevoir a bigger advantage, however the devil is really in the details when it comes to Pokemon matches.

Gardevoir and Gallade are both more resistant to special attacks in comparison to physical attacks, meaning Gallade is going to soak more damage than Gardevoir wheras the former might only need to suffer one large, devastating hit. Given he has Sword Dance and Shadow Sneak at his disposal, he might barely squeeze a victory in if he's able to squeeze his priority attacks past her precognition.

Right now, it's 50/50, I'm voting Inconclusive as of now.
 
From its previous form, Kirlia, being able to see into the future i believe

Also being stated to be able to sense what its foe is thinking

So Gardevoir should have the superior precognition, no?

It's more likely to use a special move like future sight, scales above Kirlia's precognition and has a similar telepathy thing too.

If that's the case, then Gardevoir should at the very least be able to take this to a draw with destiny bond, if not outmaneuver Gallade with superior precognition + instinct + arguably superior intelligence.
