A very long content revision and then i take a break

So this has been bothering me for like a week so i will make a thread for this and then i will take a nice vacation so i don't overdo things like i have been doing lately sooo this is the entire uupgrade

1. Bill in the nightmare realm seems to match his low 2c key but in the new comic it was shown to have multiple universes that seem to be infinitely growing such as how mabels dimension keeps getting new mabels and they do indeed seem to be the size of universes as when mabel was going through them they seemed to be of a universes sie rather than like the pocket dimensions bill made so he could possibly get a 2c rating

3. Bill says existence is upside down time is dead and meaning has no meaning the meaning one sounds like supporting evidence for conceptual manipulation and i don't know what the other two would attribute to but they sound like an ability

4. telekinesis is another ability which he displays multiple times by usually moving his hand in a certain way but it seems he can do it with just his mind

5. memory manipulation (he literally tears out one of stans memories and ran away with it)

6. Shapeshifting (he transforms into soos to trick the dipper and mabel)

7. Chain manipulation (yes he made the chains but they are chains none the less and work the same way)

8. perception manipulation (when talking with ford he showed him what would happen if he gained his goals and had him see things even when he wasn't posessed)

9. Immortality types 2 and 6 and possibly 5(Shrugs holes that were shot in his stomach while he complained he didn't seem that hurt with his eye being ripped out and lasted a surprisingly long time while being erased in stans mind, and has been confirmed to have survived through most likely stan and some remnants of him were shown through technology, and he does seem to be unbound by conventional death as the only hope to kill him was to use existence erasure)

10. Madness manipulation (I know he has this but it should say types 3 and 4 because he loves to mess around and drive people insane through their mind and if his name kills people imagine what he really looks like)

11. His speed should be Massively faster than light for his low 2-C key for apparently being able to travel through the entire universe very easily in seconds

12. His stamina should be likely limitless as never throughout the entiredy of his showings has he ever gotten tired even when faced with challenges like the shackatron and he didn't understand what he was feeling when he was getting tired in dipper's body

16. The restrictions like soul manipulation should be removed when regarding his 2-A key as he tried to get into fords mind without a deal and well he would never forget the deal he only wasn't able to do to the fact that ford had that weird metal plate in his head

17. His age should be "at least 1 trillion years old likely inapplicable (has been implied to transcend time)

18. I know he has ressurection but i feel he should have this as his Regenerationn "Low-Godly on his own Mid-Godly through the incantation" and it could work as it could be used for both and it can even be considered combat applicable as bill does MANY crazy things with his voice and him saying it rather slowly was probably just so we would hear it

20. Hammer space & toon force (pulls out a watch from nowhere and does many visual gags like having his bowtie act as a telephone and things of the like but the toon force is most likely used to humor himself so i don't know if it would be restricted to being funny)

21. Disintegration (he did this to xyler and craz)

22. Accelerated development (He was constantly getting stronger throughout weirdmaggedon according to ford)

23. I don't know if this matters but with his nigh-omniscience it should say that he is also a supergenius as he should be FAR FAR FAR smarter than ford

24. And as for weaknesses he should get angered and will do irrational things at times and he is EXTREMELY cocky and arrogant (that was what made him lose after all

25. Power nullification (took away mabels power within mabel land and when soos dipper and mabel attacked bill he destroyed everything and removed all the effects of their powers and the powers themselves)

26. Void manipulation and existence erasure (erased everything when fighting the characters soos dipper and mabel to nothingness except for said characters and apparently lives in the nightmare realm a dimension free of dimensions which existed before the multiverse [called dimension 0] which is most likely the void)

27. elasticity (elongated his arm to touch dipper)

28. Blood manipulation (made a rain of blood)

29. And finally I know this probably won't be accepted but ford apparently needed 5th dimensional research to access the nightmare realm and i know the nightmare realm has no dimensionality but it may take the dimensionality of the person in control A.K.A Bill for the most part which is why he told ford he needs 5th dimensional research) so bill could be at least 2-A possibly High 2-A while axolotl is simply High 2-A

side note: i am not saying for an upgrade but does the nightmare realm count as a 1-A domain as it is most likely the void for gravity falls and seems to have no dimensional construct again not for an upgrade but just wanted to know (actually this may upgrade axolotl)

so after everything in this is concluded i will take a little break for a while

well in it the ines family had to leave gravity falls through an interdimenisonal rip left from bill into the nightmsre realm and mabel sees what appears to be the madness bubble but then something which looks like a portal sucks her in and she enters many different dimensions including the one bill decided to inhabit

I don't think Bill should have Mid-Godly considering he was erased from existence at the end. Unless this is the type of EE that works on Mid-Godly and Bill himself is Mid-Godly

He wasn't killed by it and he survived a special gun that supposedly blasts things into nonexistence

Didn't he make a last resort escape from the gun though?

I don't have any scans. I am going by memory that he made a reverse sentence spell that made him escape from being erased.

Time did stop when as he said it, so maybe not?

Where was it even said to be free of dimensions? All I know is that it has no laws or anything.
