Shalltear Bloodfalleen

Bleeding Resistance prevents suffering from fatal bleeding and negates it with Jerky. She also has Mid-Low.

Mid-Low is crap tier when your organs get slashed open, you need Low Mid for that.

Fatal Bleeding won't help because fatal bleeding and outright losing your organs is different

Jerky is fair game however

Wait:

Arm get cut off, needs more flesh - High-Low

Organs slashed, less flesh, no bones - Low-Mid?

I mean, if completely destroyed sure. But just slashed?

A 6C slash striking your internal organs which are weaker then your body to a slight degree is yes, going to destroy your organs.

Besides, the first example you gave is High-Low, not Mid-Low, so even then it doesn't work

Your arms aren't vital organs (Duh) so yes you need regen to cover those.

I'm just saying that cutting organs should be not Low-Mid because lower level of regen can cover it. High-Low can create more flesh than that. Jerky will negate the bleeding and also bleeding charm, alongside divine blessing will lower the effects of the organ strikes.

It's not just flesh your repairing

Your repeating vital veins, organs, and linking them back together to get your body working again.

Arms aren't even vital and even then that's High-Low which is still>>Hunter's Mid Low

Fibulas are vital organs. And it's in a leg. Again, arm recovery needs more flesh, weight, bones, veins and arteries. Even more so than something like liver. I'm just saying that just cuts in the organ shouldn't be Low-Mid unless it's destroyed.

Hunter still has Mid-Low regen though, so neither one of the examples you gave help him to begin with.

Again, I'm just saying that cuts from organs isn't Low-Mid at all. Let's move on. Isn't she cqc fighter? Hunter is at best at cqc.

No, she's great in CQC sure but she loves to play range.

And actually, does Jerky need activation?

Yes, but I don't think it's too slow to abuse it. Not to mention he can do the same thing Jerky do by standing around. And skills also prevents it. The potency of attacks are also lowered because of divine blessing.

> Self Resurrection

Anyone gotta counter to that for Hunter lol? Organ strike is a big deal, obviously, but Hunter can't actually perma-kill homegirl. Maybe Incap via sleep or paralysis, maybe, since that seems to keep monsters down long enough to tow them across countries, but... eh.

Hunter isn't healing from what I can tell, since her attacks negate such things.

In fact I'm seeing too many hax for Hunter to deal with.

"I can go intangible, keep you from healing, target yur guts, and turn back time to keep me nice and healthy!"

"yeah well i can make you sleep and yeah"

Arguably the Hunter's soul attacks would negate Intangibility, but still. Got nothing for the other stuff, even with Elderseal.

Voting Shalltear.

That still means Hunter has twice as much of the work to do. Not to mention the other hax.

I'm not saying this is a stomp, just that Shalltear seems to take this with relative ease. Timehax is the main thing rn.

Soul Attacks would be unable to bypass Shalltear's Intangibility since she "Shifts" into another dimension, not simply go intangible. Astral Smite explicitly bypasses this ability so using that as an argument that she's still tangible in the normal world isn't correct.

Anyways.

Vampire Loli FRA.

What if shalltear decides to hypnotize her to use her as a... Personal... Tool...

Tas' true.

Shalltear is into girls. Apparently.

Just look in her eyes and bop goes hypnosis that is ludicriously powerful for what it does.

I didn't say that, but she's in a spiritual form (astral). I think soul hitting still hits those types under this wiki's standards.

Unless the Soul Attacking is able to jump parallel dimensions, it shouldn't be able to, no. At least in no other threads has this came up.

Hunter can imo absolutely hit astral forms since it can hit souls. Just how the wiki works unless some standards have changed.

Buuuuut Shalltear maintains hax to make Hunter's attacks worthless to the point of borderline stompage. I won't say it is, but it is close.

Also I wanna say that Elderseal can null normal resurrection. Effluvium can resurrect Girros and Elderseal nulled it.

Can it really? Gotta link? I don't remember that, but then again, I never bothered watching things in the Effluviam what with constant damage.

That... might change my vote. It depends on what Shalltear does in character. If she constantly spams timehax, then she still wins. If she doesn't, and instead relies on tricking people with resurrection or whatever, then Hunter would win just by nullifying her ability to revive.

Null my vote for now, wanna get a look at the Girros resurrection and, after that, need to know more about Shalltear's personality/what she opens with. That may change my vote.

[1]. While it says that it is necromancy, It's also possible that it's resurrection. You can see that one of them is dead at the intro, only for it to get back up for Vaal to suck the Effluvium out of them later on. You can even see that they're just doing their own thing until Vaal shows up.

Huh. Alright. Resurrection can be nulled, didn't know that.

If Shalltear depends on resurrection, then Hunter will win, I believe. Although targetting internal organs is still a big deal, Hunter nullifying powers with an attack is also a big deal.

So, how does Shalltear use time manip in character? This may not be as big of a stomp as I thought.
