Better how, they have the same AP and her NP is a higher rank than kiyohime's, she also has magic resistance. The only major difference between these two is that Kiyohime has minor fate manipulation due to her A+ rank luck.
 
Jeanne Kills herself using her NP so that's automatically better.

Jeanne Alter does not have Magic resistance that is only the normal Jeanne

my mistake on the magic resistance.

I don't see how Kiyohime is going to win against someone who beat a servant who outside of the luck stat is superior in every way.

Thor has nearly better everything. Better stats, better range, better power spammability, more experience, flight, bigger boobs, weather manipulation to weaken the flames, and this:
