Morgoth vs Kirby (Grace period)

As he doesn't have those in this key I can't count that vote. Also abstract existence wouldn't be a problem.

Morgoth stomps via abstract existence and conceptual manipulation
Morgoth doesn't have the first, and I'm sure that the latter is only for his Low 2-C/2-C form., and it consists in creating concepts.

There's also power absorbtio
How good is it? Because I don't think that Kirby of all people will get overwhelmed by it since it's his entire gimmick.

I don't see how that works, especially since his main thing isn't specifically power absorbtion, just absorption.

I think that he's referring to this:

  • Corruption: Morgoth can corrupt anything, slowly twisting it into something dark and profane. Certain elements seem harder to drain the power from. Water is almost invulnerable to his corruption, whereas gold can be twisted to darkness very easily. This is likely the reason for the One Ring being made of gold. This grew so severe that it is said all of Arda is Morgoth's ring.
    • Power Absorption: Morgoth can "sap" the power out of anything, consuming it and turning it into something dark. He seems to be able to absorb the energy of light (And should possess the powers of Ungoliant), though it causes him great pain (See the Silmarils).

The "turning it into something dark" is most likely not going to work with Kirby, but he's vulnerable to having his powers consumed.

Morgoth has a weakness to grossly underestimate his foes. He's fighting an 8 inch pink blob of happiness.

Morgoth gets friendzoned before he does any of his haxy stuff.

If what Cal says is true (With Morgoth being immensely arrogant), then yeah, Morgoth underestimates him and Kirby wins via friend hax.

Is this a vote?

The reasons for Kirby winning are kinda simple (which is not necessarily bad but), someone should make a better argument for Morgoth.

Azzy debunked this here, as such I will remove it from Kirby's wins and close the thread.
