Peach likely slaps, but she has no way to put her down for good due to that bs regen. I guess her wishes have a shot due to reality warping, but I'm uncertain.

Also it ain't permanent.
 
Seems like they are only really used to boost people and not erase minds from existence.

She would also need to pull all of this stuff while drowning in bullets.
 
There is one way she could put down Okuu. Her parasol can eat her. I kid you not.

Bullets would need to get past Peach's several forms of invincibility that stays intact due to a hilarious AP advantage.
 
How does Peach's insta-death works because I don't think Giga Peach would be as valid given Okuu can just stay out of range the entire time. She can likely survive the radiation by healing - but any flame based abilities wouldn't be too effective... unless she BFRs Okuu or makes her surrender by outlasting her until fusion material drains, she's really fighting an uphill battle despite having more abilities.

Err...what did you say that gives Okuu the win? I'm honestly asking, being genuine. Was it range alone? Because Peach doesn't have a range section and we can't compare range to anything but Fire Peach.

Plus, a range of 36 meters isn't a notable advantage at all.
 
Mostly leaning for Okuu being able to withstand almost anything Peach could potentially use against her thanks to her regen being able to let her survive anything and just wait for Peach to tire first while drowning her in great balls of (nuclear) fire
 
While the regen is definitely a (massive) problem, Okuu's assault won't mean much given that her AP is severely below Peach's durability and Peach still has invulnerability on her side.

I just rechecked SBA and Peach only needs to put Okuu out for an hour. Win via sleep is still a viable option.
 
Doesn't Okuu still expel radiation while sleeping?

Or at least I think the effects of nuclear meltdown everywhere would be an issue. Gonna vote Okuu. Since I don't think Peach would just wait for a KO if she's dying from radiation.

Even then isn't the sleep in smash only working when the enemy is on the ground? That in mind I still doubt that's enough to knock her out perm.
 
If that's the only source it came from then I'm gonna be questioning how long it can really last. Oh crap, Peach is using it on me right now since it's 1 am here. Niiight
 
It's being used on me too ovo.

It lasts permanently unless either a) an item is used or b) the victim is hit with a physical attack.
 
Peach Beam could technically allow her to nullificate most kind of hax (except things like Concept Manipulation and stuff). I mean, it did negated the powers of the Star Road, which has some serious Reality Warping shit and can grant wishes (though it cannot grant any kind of wish, that is probably NLF).

Additionally, her love powers can infatuate and incapacitate her, since as showed in several sport games, it can infatuate infatuate women as well, and also can be used to force someone to be friend/nice/fall in love with her(the main task was to infatuate the Thwomp and make him act good, because he was blocking the road to Mario and since they could not persuade him they needed Peach), even againstalmost-emotionless being.

Nullified most kind of haxes via nullifying Reality warping isn't enough at all (plus Reiuji's mains powers are based on natural energies like nuclear fusion or radiation so idk if this PNull work)

The other things you said is empathic manipulation but Reiju resist to a planetary mind screw so this can't work
