At least, that's what I believe is going to happen here. After being inspired by this beautiful thread, I figure that this matchup isn't that too far out to be legit. So, which of these two passive nuisances will have the best chance of winning here? Let's find out.

In the blue corner, we have Jerry from Undertale, and in the red corner, we have Balloon Boy from Five Nights at Freddy's.

-This is a battle to the death or incapacitation. Both are in character.
-Neither character are aware of each other beforehand, and there is no prep time.

-Neither character are allowed outside help. (Not that they'd get any in the first place...)

-This battle takes place in Freddy Fazbear's Pizzeria, giving BB the home court advantage.

-Speed is equalized, just in case.

With all this being said, let the debate begin!

All I'm saying is Balloon Boy isn't getting past that Durability
 
We have an Unknown tier fighting a Tier 8 AP and a Tier 7 dura.

Balloon Boy scares him lightly and Jerry eats him because Balloon Boy has no stats lol.

The two are in character. When has Balloon Boy ever actually attacked anyone?

Also, Balloon Boy never really jump scares anyone. He just stands there and laughs in an annoying fashion while disabling the nearby lights.
 
So the idea is that Jerry only buffs allies, and thus isn't going to attack, and Balloon Boy doesn't attack because he just laughs.

I'm assuming the desired result is incon.
 
I might actually go inconclusive if both are in character. Jerry has never shown to attack, and while he might end up trying, Balloon Boy will likely go stealth and just start messing with him for a while.

Like I said, this is probably the closest we're ever going to get to a truly fair match between the two, since anyone from Undertale could crush anyone from FNAF. Also, Ricsi got away with making Wobbuffet vs. Jerry, so this should be fine.

Anyway, two votes inconclusive.
