In this story, Hela is the embodiment, the very concept of Death across all of space-time in Earth 616.

Odin, in an attempt at saving Thor from Death, literally erases the Concept of Death across the entire 616 Universe. Which leads to everyone and everything in the Universe becoming Immortal.

Odin, after realizing that Death must exist and listening to Thor, brings the Concept of Death back.

Conclusion
Since we already mention a lot of Silver Age related stuff (In both his abilities and stats) in Odi's profile, this should be added to his profile, as so far, the Mods are okay with his Silver Age feats and statements.

If it is the former then maybe, but still, the Concept of Death was literally non existent in the Universe, everyone (Including Bacterias, Humans, Bugs and even Plants) in 616 became Immortal after Odin nuked it, until Odin brought Hela back (Which made everything return to normal), who is the Concept of Death across all space and time (In 616) in this storyline.
 
I am personally fine with conceptual manipulation based on this.
