So, since KE method in this blog was approved, I think it's time to make a CRT.

Basically, everyone who was High 7-C prior to it, becomes 7-A. Which means that DMC3 Dante, Vergil, Trish and Baul & Modeus in base become "Mountain level". DMC1 Dante, Nelo Angelo & Blob Arkham change to "At least Mountain level", while Nero, Sanctus Diabolica and Baul & Modeus with Sparda's power get bumped to "At least Mountain level, likely higher".
 
We both know that there's someone out there that will still make it

And even worse, it could be someone that counts "stomp" as votes
