Baldi via sound manipulation, spatial manipulation, reality warping, etc. His current rating is a lowball and he shouuld have fourth wall awareness as well.

He can turn other into himself after he kills them? That's not that useful, and spatial manipulation and illusion creation are both insanely useful to trap Ao in a loop or create illusions to distract Ao.

Baldi also breaks the fourth wall, at the beginning of the game he tells the player to left click to interact with something and right click to use items

Yeah Oni's fourth wall breaking allows for better rushing in. Meanwhile Baldi's illussions are mostly to hide exits right? Best it can do is block out Oni's path. On the other hand that's going to be hard considering Oni has the ability to teleport.

actually, Baldi Overpowered the protagonist, who is also capable to push baldi against the wall using Bsoda, also surviving being pushed by 1st prize, and survive gotta sweep's sweeping, so Baldi might also win with a slight AP advantage

If we're talking overpowered feats, Ao oni literally tore apart a human body. In a matter of seconds he turned a living human being into only piles of blood and blue gush. That's a bit better than shoving someone to the wall.

we never even get to know IF the protagonist is a kid, maybe its an adult helping his friend getting the notebooks, perhaps a kid, who knows? so, maybe ur right, maybe ur wrong, it depends on what the protagonist looks like, which is, unknown,

or well, an adult since we know nothing about the protagonist's looks, but still, as gyroNutz said, baldi survived being pushed by a robot which weights more than 325 KG, and barely even scratch too, just like the protagonist, and Baldi >> protagonist

I'm gonna have to give this to Baldi, honestly, considering I don't think that Ao Oni can put him down easily. It is also in Baldi's schoolhouse, so if Baldi can run away at first he can certainly sneak around the oni. even with telexportation it doesn't help if he doesn't know where Baldi is. Besides, Baldi is definitely smarter, so he can probably find a way to stop the guy, and he can keep him at at least some range with the ruler

When has Baldi ran away in character? Or even picked a stealthy route? The only stealthy thing he ever did was popping up from a room door.
And even then you heard the loud clanging of his ruler either way.

Even without that in mind, his infrared vision would be quite useful on getting rid of stealth options.
Also the kid at the school didn't even get 'rammed' into the wall most of the time.
