Finally getting to this.

So Timemon is currently is Immeasurable due to transcending space-time statements. Well, these aren't exactly Hyperbole, but there is some missing context.

So here are the statements;

An Appmon with the rare ability to transcend the flow of time and space. It is able to interfere with not only its own flow of time, but also the flow of time of any opponent it strikes with its fists.
Timemon BT2-41
A being who transcends space and time, it freely travels to the past and the future.
So based upon this, it seems Timemon has something to support Immeasurable speed. However, the main context is that this is an ability. It could be something that he activates to do so. This also could be that he's not affected by temporal and spatial powers.

Not to mention this is inconsistent as a base as that would mean the likes of Globemon, Gaiamon and all those who scale would be Immeasurable speed at base. Something in which is highly inconsistent.

I want other opinions on this, but having a base speed of Immeasurable seems wrong to me.

Based on the wording it does seem less like an inherent trait and more an ability he can activate. I wouldn't be surprised if a being whose entire moveset is based on time would have the inherent ability to traverse it, but unless he's been consistently shown to have immeasurable speed it's more likely just another facet of his ability to control time. I have to agree with the downgrades, unless there's some other reason he's listed as immeasurable.

Agree with the OP. It does seem inconsistent but I feel like asking Executor what he thinks would be good, too.

You DARE downgrade a Digimon!?

I think this being more of an ability than speed especially if it's inconsistent, so i agree with the downgrade.

So should Timemon have like "Resistance to Time Manipulation and Spatial Manipulation (Has the ability to transcend time and space)"?

When he uses said ability he should have resistance to Time and Space Manipulation.
