Bill has every ability Enerjak has plus many, many others.

If that's not a stomp idk what is.
 
It's not a stomp, Bill just takes it via better haxes. Enerjak isn't a cakewalk but Bill should out hax him. Plus the AP is even

Bill via Law Manip, Concept Manip, Casuality etc.
 
Being unquantifiably above Baseline doesn't really matter when your opponent has multiple abilities that completely outclass your entire skillset and has Low-Godly Regen (which Enerjak has no way of bypassing).
 
I vote for bill mid diff. He'll go down but he'll go doen kicking. That existence eraser can even hurt bill but it takes too long bill would stop him from finishing it and regen.
 
Just because Enerjak can't really win, it doesn't make it a stomp. A stomp would mean he has no way of winning and his attacks and hax do nothing while bill could one shot him. It's not like that. Bill needs to put effort into winning, and with the ap being the same, the battle would last until Bil hax kills him. So while Bill wins, it's not by definition a stomp, so we can keep voting :D

Billious FRA. Hax to really ruin Enerjak's day and regen to combat that AP advantage makes this solidly in his favor.
