Discord vs Bowser

They both have quite a few ways to win. Bowser likely has a decent AP advantage, but this battle will come down to hax.

Given the starting range, Bowser could seal, plot manipulate, emphatic manipulate or summon minions and duplicate himself/transform other minions into Bowsers.

Discord could transmutate, BFR, matter manip and has a mind control of his own.

This will likely become a who shoots first scenario, and given how Bowser would take things more seriously from the start and has time manipulation to slow down Discord, I think Bowser will be shooting first.
 
Well Discord does know when to fight when it is needed but honestly if he isnt bloodlusted than bowser almost curbstomps you should probably make it bloodlusted due to killing fluttershy and discord finally defeating mario for bowser then it would be interesting
 
Speed equalisation alone cannot guarantee Bowser first hand to hax win, but his time slow can.
 
I think Discord has superior hax and more versatile control over his abilities compared to Bowser. Though at the same time, Bowser has a harder shell (No pun intended), he'll likely take things a lot more seriously once the fight begins. He as well has the AP advantage I believe.

Now, Bowser's hax aren't unimpressive, he's shown a decent array of them a certain amount of times in the past. He can alter Discord's emotions with the Vibe scepter, BFR with his stomach, or even nullify his power. On the other hand, Discord has mind hax, transmutation, and likely better reality warping.

In a scenario like this, similar to what GyroNutz said, I feel it's in the matter of who hits first. Knowing he'll take this more seriously, I feel Bowser would want to give off the first hit, as Discord is quite arrogant and cocky, but despite that I also feel Discord would as well be wary of dodging the first hit via teleportation or regenerative decapitation.

For now, I'll vote inconclusive. It's in a matter of who'll hit first but at the same time, at the current moment at least, it's just a bit too difficult to gauge of who'll make the first hit onto their opponent.
 
well it might turno out like what happened with tirek where discord just keeps dodging but since he won't be tricked he may shoot first but i don't i will wait until further evidence is brought for both points
 
Discord via far nore versatile hax that he's more likely to use than Bowser is his own. Dimensional BFR ftw.
