Yang vs Iron Man

I live how people argue that Tony would just range spam when yang out ranges him by a massive amount

Shotgun blasts?

Repulsors, Missles, Lasers.

One gun with range or 3 better ones with less, pick one.

Pointless anyway since she never Range abuses ever.
 
Yeah she does actually, she range abused ever since the first trailer before the series even started
 
No she hasn't. And even then, JARVIS let's him know about the weapons and he'll counter them with his own projectiles.
 
Yes she has, she range abused the malachite twins, the nevermore, most of her opponents in the vital festival

Plus missiles get taken out the same way she took out junior's missiles and both the repulsed and lasers take up too much energy to be reliably spammed without draining his battery
 
@Weekly so has she ever fought someone who can rapid fire missiles with quick precision before?
 
Since this is the 8-C+ key, I'm going to assume Tony is using Mark 4, as it's the best one and houses the most weapons. That is if we're using strongest forms here.

Tony has Jarvis, who can tell Tony that Yang as a barrier around her and that she has gauntlets that fire projectiles. Versitility wise, Tony has her outmatched. Experience wise, Tony probably has less in this key, but he has Jarvis to compensate. To add to everything, Tony can actually fly. But if it comes down to it, Yang outmatches in CQC.

Overall, Iron Man should take this. The suit carries more than enough firepower to wear Yang down, and Stark can simply dodge Yang's projectiles by flying circles around her.
 
Range abusing=/=Using shotguns blasts for a few seconds.

She didn't have any other choice against the Nevermore.

She even charged Roman in a Mech of all things, she uses her guns briefly if her opponents are at range and that is it.

Never once has Tony run out of power in the middle of his one on one fights. And this is an Iron Man who is constantly firing energy beams and getting shot at.

He ran out of power in the Iron Monger fight but that's a special case.
 
Also, I just realized that in Iron Man 2, Tony had boxing training from Happy. On top of that, he was able to take on Rodes - a military trained man in a suit similar to Tony's - while piss drunk. Granted, Rodes didn't want to kill Tony, but still, he should have the required training to incapitate a man.

I think it's safe to say that Tony wouldn't be that helpless should the fight come to CQC.
 
If we look at this from a theoretical point, it's easier to understand. Tony has high tech suits that are far beyond the technology of remnant. Yang struggled with an Atlesian Mech, which has lower firepower and range and even durability compared to nearly all of Tony's suits. If Yang fought Tony using one of his early suits, she still wouldn't be able to do much. Tony has the capability of flight and has far greater range than that of her shotgun gauntlets, Yang wouldn't be even able to reach him. If you Pair yang against Tony's suit he uses in endgame and infinity war, then yang stands a little chance against such an advanced piece of weaponized technology. I am a true rwby fan, and yang is my favourite character, but this victory goes to the iron man.
