Okay, so first, what is a black bladed weapon? Is on his standard equipment but no idea of what it means.
Shaggy has faster reactions with Mach 259 (I just checked in)
Shaggy can create earthquakes just from shaking his knees, can spit fire if he is afraid, has a yellow ring and is likely smarter (Odin intelligence and all), and he is resistant to blunt damage since he is kinda rubber, yeah,overall 76 looks cool and all but you know,Shag got the hax

I knew about the whole equalized speed thing, but didn't know that reactions were also equalized.

An immensely higher level of stamina, consistent feats of being able to dodge ranged attacks fired at him, and a comparable if not higher range

Those were the powers shown by Shaggy himself and other ring users
The reason why is not on his equipment is literally because I forgot that and because is locked, oof on my part.

And I don't see any kind of ranged weapon except maybe the blades that he can throw away, I think?

076 can spam charkams and throwing knives as ranged weapons, both of which have saw blades covering their blades, and he doesnt have a limited amount
