I see a close fight here, and it depends on who hits first. Both could AP-stomp the other due to low durability, and both are at the same speed with prep. It all comes down to powers and durability. Zim doesn't have a lot of hax or powers, but Jimmy has Teleportation, Time Travel, Existence Erasure, Age Reversal, Morality Manipulation, Transmutation, Matter Manipulation, and Intelligence Manipulation to stomp Zim. If he strikes first, he wins.

Usally, Zim's the one to hit first, though. Same speed means timing and dodging rays that could graze their own ships. The big thing here is durability, and Zim takes it. If Jimmy tries to hit him, Zim can survive it, while he can easily one-shot Jimmy with a punch. It depends on if it's a space race or a gun-fight. If it's a space race, Jimmy could easily blast Zim down, but a gun-fight and Zim AP-stomps.

Really, it depends on the scenario. I thought Zim took it due to durability, but it depends on who hits first. For now, i say it could go either way.

Jimmy is more likely to take this. He has versatility, intelligence, and experience fighting opponents smarter than Zim.

Well, here are advantages: Strength-Jimmy. Zims actual strength is only a possibility. We never get to see Zims inventions that would "destroy earth" in action whereas Jimmy destroyed an evil planet clone of Earth.

Durability-Zim. Hes survived a crazy city explosion, but while he almost died from it, and not from the epicenter, its still impressive. This is something that Jimmy just cant comprehend as he only has average durability of that of a usual kid.

Speed-Without using vehicles, Zim. His jetpack is basically his blitz tool to Jimmy. With vehicles, Im not sure. Wheather it would be Jimmy going to an asteroid belt in his hover car in minutes or Zim taking 6 months to get from Irk to Earth, as its implied Irk is not located in our galaxy.

Intelegence-Jimmy. Zim can pretty much lack common sense at some points, being very cocky at things.

Experience-Maybe Zim. Ive seen Zim going against humans such as the likes of Dib more than Jimmy has been seen fighting aliens. Correct me if im wrong.

Better weapons-Jimmy. While some of Zims weapons could potentially ignore durability such as the Organ Harvesting Device, The Present, or the Alien Tack, its probably not meant for combat. Jimmy on the other hand has superior inventions that are pretty creative.

Conclusion-Jimmy is stronger, smarter, and has better weapons, and Zim is more durable, faster, and more experienced. If I were to say who has a slightly better chance at winning, its probably Jimmy. Since this is a prep battle, Jimmy could potentially destroy Zim in one shot just like how he destroyed Evil Earth. Not to mention Zim can lack common sense at some points. He also has many ways to end Zims life with his inventions. As far as I can say it, as much as I like Zim more than Jimmy, Jimmy would win this. Vote goes to Jimmy.
