Either way. It all depends pn how things play out. If Yhwach says lol Power Null and Grimmon decided to use Chrono DSR. Father Time wins. If Yhwach says Power Null and Grimmon says "Obey me", It is inconclusive. If Yhwach decides to do anything else, he either become Grimmon's OP af slave or gets erased mind, body and soul.

If we really are gonna go the passive Power Null route, this match can't happen due to our rule regarding passive haxes. As such a new Yhwach should be used.

Yhwach doesn't have passive power null, his power null came from his future modification. Yhwach himself stated so.

The explanation of how Yhwach can "render ability useless within his sight" first came from Hashwald, the explanation of Almighty is a future modification came from Yhwach himself.

It isn't used with future manipulation please don't spread misinformation. That doesn't even make sense and it's a completely separate ability. The ALmight helps him understand the powers before him and once he understands it becomes his ally, therefore, nullified it has nothing to do with future manipulation.

I will just say this. Just because something is called one power doesn't mean it can't also be another. It can simply "Future Manipulation and Power Nullification via X."

Having one ability through another ability isn't something new.
Homura Akemi has power null through using Law Manipulation.

Yhwach didn't get future modification whenever he first unlocked the Almighty against Ichibei. He was passively negating shit with it at first, once he gets his True Power and Mimihagi absorbed that's where he gets his future modification. Hence why he explained it differently. "The Almighty can look into the future."

False, Mimihagi and the Soul King improved the Almighty giving him said future modification. At not point has Yhwach stated that he can use Future Modification in his True Power state. It's either that you bring scans to the table or you concede.
