That's a win for the Cake, son.
 
I mean, trying to suffocate with a cake is pretty out of character for him. He'd try something else. If he did that he'd bite his tongue and die 100%.
 
Probably use some knife to cut the cake then giving up to the urge to kill himself. SBA says wanting to kill after all and wanting to kill means he will commit suicide.

Afaik 871 starts as one cake.
 
TMQ is more likely to eat the cake rather than commit suicide in front of it. He's greedy and steals money and stuff after all.
