even ignoring the boring old argument of "without info, opponent starts the fight looking at Itachi's face and loses"
Logia intangibility should be kinda useless since amaterasu burns fire (as dumb as that sounds) and the sword of totsuka sealed raw energy (orochimaru's jutsu).
their stats are even-ish. Itachi has more efficient hax so he wins.

Itachi, due to a major hax advantage. I should also mention that Itachi can use genjutsu by simply pointing at someone.
