Cole MacGrath vs Victini

Victini's probability hax.

"This Pokémon brings victory. It is said that Trainers with Victini always win, regardless of the type of encounter."

Lel XD

For both questions, the answer is "I'm not sure" (for the latter question, it's also "treat this like Magnamo")

It's proficient in scoring KO's though.

Lol. I forget that Victini's a thing half of the time, which is why no one remembers that it's probably the most haxxed Legendary barring like, Mewtwo and Yvleltal.

If there's a Digimon match that Dragon allows that would be fair, I'd do it in an instant. (Inb4 Timemon stomps Victini ovo)

That being said I think it's an extremely rare occurrence that trainers fight people who can Teleport behind them, say "Omea Wa Mou Shinduru" and deconstruct them on a Macro Quantium level.

And unless he's pulling some Gurren Lagann level stuff with winning fights he has a 0% chance in, well.......

And even if he did......

Clearly, the ability negates anything any Pokémon can do, and that includes Dusknoir, Mewtwo, Giratina, and Arceus. So it's gonna allow Victini to win.

Gonna ask this now and fast.

Being honest, is there any reason at all why Victini shouldnt be scaling toward the likes of Reshiram, Zekrom, or even Genesect at the absolute least? It seems weird that the victory pokemon isnt able to scale toward these named guys.

Also, @Kukui. Because I haven't seen the movie and I have no idea if Victini does anything notable to them.

I think Victini's gimmick is more him altering the chance of victory of those who actually stand a chance to begin with to 100%, than him setting it from 0% to 100%

Meanwhile, Cole absolutely Hax Stomps here barring the probability

Can it work here is the question

I could rewatch the movie to see if that at least has anything notable. Idk about the manga though.

Here's what Super Smash Bros's trophy says about Victini:

"Its Victory Star move makes the other fighter who summoned it glow with power from head to toe. As long as they're glowing, their launch ability will shoot up and they'll never flinch. That said, they're not invincible - Victini isn't a miracle-worker"

Canon? To an extent. It is at least far more likely than the NLFish thing about him always bringing victory.

I looked up Bulbpedia, because Youtube doesnt have the full movie and i'll sum up what it summarizes about the movies.

Basically, a 1000 years before the movie, in the Kingdom of the Vale, the people of the kingdom used a power called Dragon Force, which was essentially life force that flowed throughout the entire planet, to enrich their land. At one point, the 2 princes of the kingdom called forth Reshiram and Zekrom to battle each other to the point where both pokemon used up all of their strength and turned into the Dragon Stones. Their battle caused the Dragon Force to become corrupted and chaotic, ravaging the earth instead of healing it. To stop the deadly Dragon Force, the King of the kindom had Victini lend him its power to create the Pillars of Protection to control the flow of that power, and with Victinis power, he flew whats called the Sword of the Vale to a mountaintop out of the Kingdom to keep the Dragon Force stable. Furthermore, its noted in flashbacks that the Sword of the Vale shouldnt ever be removed by Victini again or else the Dragon Force will become unstable again and destroy the world.

Finally, according to the summary, Victini uses its strongest move, V-Create, to destroy the Pillars of Protection and unleash all the deadily Dragon Force into outer space.

Maybe this could be something to help Victini scale toward Reshi and Zekro?
