Maybe this is fair?

Both Tier 6-B

Speed is equalized (for now until revisions are applied)

Kakashi:

Uryü:

Inconclusive: 2 (TheFinalOrder, TheC2)
 
Susanoo wouldn't do much here, if he damages Uryuu, Uryuu can simply use the Antithesis to switch the damage onto him. He'd also need to get a headshot with his Kamui to actually kill Uryuu since he can just heal himself with his Antithesis and revert the damage onto Kakashi. However Genjutsu is something he could use to bypass the Antithesis. But iirc he won't go for that right off the bat.

Prob Kakashi via BFR, Kamui shurikens are huge and would warp Uryu completely...

but... if he gets Kamuied can he revert that?... would that, in turn, BFR Kakashi

Kamui Raikiri is no no.. it would be bad for Kakashi.

Genjutsu would give him the win but I think it would be his last resort...

If Kakashi has piss durability without Perfect Susanoo, then it could still be fair since Uryu can give the damage back to Kakashi.
 
he can still hurt Kakashi

Uryu can reverse the events that happens between 2 things, if Kakashi doesn't one shot him, he can tranfer all the damage he took on Kakashi
 
Actually now that I think about it yeah. Uryu doesn't need to apply damage to him to transfer it to Kakashi. For example he can take a leaf and crush it, and reserve the damage from the leaf onto Kakashi. It works on any two places he wishes. So after having trouble with him he can straight up abuse his Antithesis or simply absorb his Susanoo.
