Rubber Boy vs Electric Man

They fight around, Cole keeps range, fires some ice, gets one-shot by King Kong Gun......

.....Assuming Cole doesn't dodge. Which he might be able to.

Gosh Dangit Gar

Anyway, yeah, Luffy resists most of what Cole can throw at him, so its not looking good, add that to his AP advantage with the other gears, and Cole's chances get even lower. Precog is a beast to deal with as well.

The only thing Cole can really do here is use gigawatt blades to slice through Luffy, but that require him to get up close, which is just a bad thing considering Luffy's skill and precognition.

Leaning towards Luffy atm

Yeah.

So, let's look at AP.

Luffy is far above 7.2188001e+21 Joules, while Cole is far above 1.051989868701172*10^22 Joules

So Cole has a good AP advantage. If he keeps up his range game, abuses Ice Powers to keep Luffy locked down, and dodges his one-shot attacks, he should win.

Wait if this is RFI Cole, isn't that the same Cole who's getting stronger time passes because of his now constant overexposure to electricity? So he can prolong the battle too if needed.

Yeah.

Either way I must go. To sleep.

Busoshoku actually gives the user a resistance to all elements. Which Luffy is skilled in, not Zoro skilled but still skilled nonetheless. Luffy is essentially immune to Lightning since he wasn't effected by anything Enel could thrown at him. Kenbunshoku Haki is also a bitch to deal with giving him passive precog, presence detection, emotion detection, enhanced senses and allows him to see things from kilometers away. Gear second can act as a speed boost so he'll be faster right from the start but he'll be at AP and durability disadvantage. He can get around this with Gear Second but Cole can avoid him like Doffy did. Eventually Luffy will go into Gear Fourth Bound Man where he'll get another speed boost and a good AP advantage. Also Luffy is comparable to Ace who fought for 5 days straight so I think he wins in the stamina department.

Voting Rubber boi with upper mid to high difficulty.

....Well F***

Infamous is likely getting downgraded due to Storm Density now.

Damn, Had a good start too.

NANI

WHERE NINGEN

Storm density is going down.

As such, most Infamous feats are recieving a drop

Speed way above his, electricity immunity, very tough armor, and good enough haki to dodge beams of light casually in base at the very beginning of the time skip and its all way better now. I give this to luffy

Even with storm feats hampered down, doesn't that still leave Cole and co the shockwave blasts that are around Island level? Then again that means no OP vs Infamous I guess

@Gold

Speed is equalized

@COB

Luffy is pretty resistant to blunt force trauma, and shockwaves are based on kinetic energy

No I mean he still scales from the other feats of mass destruction. The one that was calced to wipe out Empire City.

But again I repeat, how many revisions has Cole gone ;-;

What feats are those? The only ones I remember that put them at that level are Auswahlen and Mimihagi's shenanigans, both of which heavily rely on the distance between Seireitei and the Soul King Palace, and it was downgraded.

Anyhow, if we can get even Sub-Rel, I'd be so happy.

There's a few you'll see when I'm done. ;)

Also how would that be an outlier when it only scales to God tiers Gar?

I'm sorry what?

How does Luffy have better speed in a speed Equalized match? Speed being Equalized so that Cole doesn't speed blitz?

Do you know the speed page?

And Electric immunity is NLF as can be, sorry I can't count that,

@Knight Barely above Baseline MHS+ to Relativistic is obscene, heck its more of an outlier then Sub-Rel Naruto used to be, but then again our standards have changed so eh, we'll see

Barely above baseline MHS+? Ichibei has a casual mach 3000 feat and Yhwach and Co scale massively above that.

Wait

<Reads again

Goddammit I thought you meant OP, Jesus that's what lack of sleep gives you

Long story short.

Eneru attacks with Lightning = MHS

Foxy attacks with Photons = SoL

Luffy Dodges Photons = Sub-Rel

Kuma blasts away at SoL and Zoro Dodges = Sub-Rel

Rayleigh blocks Kizaru = Relativistic

You're welcome ;)

Anyway, Luffy FRA

@Knight

Ichibei's feat was addressed in that highlighted thread where the Sub-Relativistic ~ Relativistic feats were revealed to be false since they were derived from calc stacking. I think everyone is scaling from the Mach 1059 feat.

One Piece also has a ridiculous high end MHS+ feat done by foxy, that isn't an outlier either.
Isn't it Sub-Relativistic? Though Cin wants to adjust it.

False, look at Ichibei's profile. The feat was redone and it's mach 3000,the sub rel end was debunked tho. But my feats have nothing to do with Ichibei hue hue hue

@Knight

That is Illuminati's calc. That's what I'm talking about. It was addressed in the highlighted Bleach thread. If I'm remembering correctly, Ichibei's feat wasn't supposed to be affected, but it had other problems which were identified in that thread.

Just hoping the feats have nothing to do with Ichibei's 1000 ri thing, anything that's affected by the distance between Seireitei and the Soul Palace, and Vollstandig Lille. Lol.
