Small Todoroki Revisions

now that you mention it this does feel like a outlier since the latter had prior training to enhance his quirk before that arc tbh

Also, those who say he is a glass cannon

Deku is a glass cannon and so is current allmight, he literally damages his own body because of his quirk.

If he is a glass cannon, then he should logically be damaged.

And it is also probably just PIS just to demonstrate when todoroki is mad, i dont think it is a legimate feat but that is just me.

The argument that it isnt physical thus we shouldnt consider it an outlier also seems a little sketchy if you ask me.

No........

Deku is a glass cannon because his body is not built up to handle One For All just yet.

All Might even in his weakened state is capable of attacking enemies with more than 100% of his power without any issues. He's not a glass cannon.

I already stated that this is only his absolute maximum output.

Todoroki is explicitly an outlier in the verse armed with the Quirk of the second best hero along with a mother with a very strong Quirk.

Saying this would be tantamount to saying that all of All Might's feats are invalid since he's not busting cities and splitting clouds with every punch when he's explicitly holding back in nearly every encounter.

Also, your argument where he states he almost froze himself because of that attack makes no sense.

Pay attention to the animation, that is literally how is quirk works.

He freezes himself when he uses his quirk. That is just how it is.

And you missed my point, you cant say he is a glass cannon because his body isnt built for all for one and give todoroki a pass because of it.

And All Might himself literally states whenever he uses his quirk now, his body reverts back to his base state and cant handle it anymore.

He said that after his fight with All for One and when you first meet him.

His body literally cant keep up with his quirk.

Yes, his showings are normally much lower, because he's trying his best not to vaporize people or freeze their limbs off like he did with Noumu.

The rating should stay as it is on the page (since it says "up to 8-A" as in his maximum power output).

He doesn't fight at that level on a regular basis.

I agree with Repp. I fail to see how Shoto having an 8-A attack that scales to him and him only, while having it be his MAXIMUM output is an outlier.

I agree with Repp. Nowhere in the manga does it state most pro heroes are stronger than Todoroki. Especially when we explicitely have pro heroes being blown away by how powerful Todoroki is.

If this is truly his maximum output, then we should probably use the proper term and change it to 'At most 8-A'
