Feats wise: Thor wins here because KC Superman has less and weak feats. The best Speed feat of KC Supes was flying New York to Metropolis in a second.
Best feats of Thor was knocking out the Phoenix Force itself and pushed the weight of 9 Universes .
Where, Best feats of KC Superman is knocking out Superboy and beating Americommando.

If you don't agree with the statistics, you can make a Content Revision thread. Nonetheless, the Phoenix Force should eventually be getting upgraded to "2-A, likely High 1-B", so Thor affecting it at all is blatantly an outlier.

Going with Thor at the moment, on account of having more powers than being a super brick with super senses.
Also, from what I can get from Old!Man's profile is that he's more experienced and physically stronger than the other Supermen, but other than that, none notable.
