Except that Medaka's profile pretty much states that Hero can be disabled for matches, unless that was just not changed.
 
Medaka is an exception due to the fact that The Hero is nigh-unbeatable and would render any match with her inconclusive.

Alright, let's see if you have better luck with this than I did.

Are characters Bloodlusted? That can definitely change the results of this. I'll go with Medaka, I don't think Doom has any counters to Book Maker, since that already bypasses defensive hax and works on those who resist healing. Doom Can't Siphon her powers, atleast not the most important ones, due to Minuses being unable to be removed or negated. She can also just erase time and blitz him even if speed is equalised.

Magic works very differently in Medaka Box then it does in Marvel. She has resisted things on the level if Doom's magic, but not Magic in the sense that you are thinking about it

Let me rephrase/clarify,

Encounter was stated to be superior to and be more of a threat than skills on the level of Doom's magic, atleast in the current key

Yes, somewhat she also has it herself. She can restore herself from the matter manipulation, if that works. Her most important abilities all do
