Pernida nerves not gonna stop Ban to using Physical Hunt or Hunter Fest and leaves Pernida powerless..of course this is not enaght to incapacitate Pernida for 1 day and after that Ban just cant move but I doubt that side effect will incapacitate Ban for 1 day.
 
inconclusive, plus in character I doubt Pernida will incapacitate Ban with its nerves for entire day..its not like Pernida know the SBA or something.

Pernida wins by

  • Absorption: By consuming biomass, Pernida can absorb it into his own system to take on the traits of its victims.
  • Adaptation: Pernida can absorb information through its own nerves, doing so to adapt to Kenpachi's level and gain his strength, and to replicate the layer-shedding ability of Mayuri's modified Bankai, granting it multi-layered nerves.
  • Duplication: In the event that one of Pernida's fingers is severed, it can create a clone of itself from that finger, which grows into a full copy of Pernida distinguished from the original by its singular pupil and missing Hagal rune. These clones can use all of Pernida's abilities and regenerate just as he can.
  • Regenerationn: Pernida has exceptional regenerative abilities, allowing it to regenerate its own severed fingers and even reform after being blown to pieces.
Physical Hunt or Hunter Fest won't work because of layer-shedding ability of Mayuri's modified Bankai, granting it multi-layered nerves.
 
Immortality is what's stopping him from dying and Ban just uses his ability that ignores durability.

He doesn't have to see any nerves bro
