682 doesn't resist time stop, 682 has no answer to Classic Silver Arrows, 682 doesn't resist sealing, Ancient Arrows are still an option, putting it to sleep is an option, and Link could send himself to the Ghostly Ether to escape the universal collapse if it gets triggered.

Just being a universal constant (And it's a constant as in the universe will die without 682. Not that the universe treats 682 like it does the laws of physics or something) doesn't influence one's alignment. Just like being a concept doesn't keep the SDGL from being evil...most of the time, or the Time Devourer being a nihilist keep it from being an evil being either.
