Hercules (Myth) VS Magnus (Kid Icarus)

This is a very close match. Both combatants share similar stats and have feats that show very inhuman capabilities. However, the main difference between the two of them is their choice in weaponry, and more importantly, armor. Because Hercules wears the skin of the Nemean Lion, he cannot be injured by any normal means, and unfortunately, that's all Magnus can do with what he has. Add to this the fact that Magnus' sword is incredibly unwieldy, even if it does have range in a sense, and Hercules would likely just use a standard short sword, Hercules can deal much more damage to Magnus than Magnus can do to Hercules, and eventually Magnus will go down. It'd be no picnic for either of them, but due to being better equipped, I think the winner is clear.

Herakles FRA (Also please note he's able to negate durability and inflict insane amounts of pain by using his Hydra tipped arrows.
