Dio Brando vs Jiren

I'll restrict Dio's Beyond to make it more fair.
 
For a second I thought this was Dio (Gone to Heaven) and I was about to slam the "Haxstomp" Button.


I'll wait for more input cause I don't know JORGE JOESTAR.
 
Maybe but he broke through a high universal level time stop/ Froze Virginia in place and he was high universal and prince of the vvegetables in universe 6/7 turnameny

Without Passion (the name of the Beyond), Dio's actually isn't that strong. Unless Dio can copy Jiren's genes, he can't win without the Passion, but that's an NLF, so I'm saying Jiren wins. Although, Dio could still regenerate from a drop of blood, that's still an NLF because we don't know his limit in Regenerationn.

Also, Does anyone know if Dio's TWU time stop acasuals and people who are immune to the "usual" time stop as Novel Kar's TWU can?if so, Dio should take this and if not then i have no idea but I will still lean towards Dio because of soul manipulation.
 
Actually. I'll vote for Dio.


As overconfident as Dio is, I don't see him mucking it up so badly that Jiren, someone completely at the mercy of Za Warudo Ultimate would beat him. Not to mention precognition pretty much guarantees the fight for him.

Uh maybe. No for now.
 
There's also Jiren's barrier, which is on all the time. Even Universal attacks don't go past in it. Dio would only hurt himself/disintegrate if he tries to punch or get close to Jiren.

Plus Jiren would resist the time-stop.

I'm going with Jiren

Universal is 3-A, and the World Ultimate >>Hit's timestop. Dio is also higher into 2-C by the barest amount.
 
Listen, Novel Kars has low 2-C durability due to surviving a universe bust 37 times easily. A weakened Dio vaporized Kars' body and made him into blood Boros style with each punch. He drank said blood to become stronger.

Dio is only low 2-c due to hax. His durability is pretty much weak.

If match starts without any knowledge of both's abilities, then Dio dies from disitegration.Any damage his stand gets he receives as well. He would die from the barrier of Jiren.
 
Well, going by the comments in this thread, it seems like Brando's AP is a good amount above Jiren's, so there's that. Join that with Universal Time Stop and you thought Jiren was going to win, but it was I, Dio!!!

So what kind of canon is allowed on Dragonball side? Is Dragonball Heroes/Xenoverse 2 allowed?
